Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges are available only for eligible non-custom items, as outlined below. This policy applies except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Exchanges for non-custom items

Non-custom items may be exchanged with prior approval. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Email endlesslytrendy@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs for approved exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable return shipping service.

Custom & personalized items

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes items made with your requested names, wording, photos, artwork, logos, colors, or other custom specifications.

Please double-check spelling, sizes, selections, and any approved design proof before ordering or approving production.

A problem with your order?

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or we made an error, please email endlesslytrendy@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and help resolve it.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Requests are subject to review and do not guarantee a refund.
